Hands-on instruction as creative liberation.

A dedicated space to explore the work you want to make. Each session becomes a self-commissioned project — a chance to develop your dream portfolio, refine signature techniques, and push your artistic voice forward with expert guidance. Instruction is fully tailored, from foundational technique to advanced editorial artistry, with the freedom to combine sugar flowers and tier embellishments in any direction to build a one-of-a-kind curriculum designed around your creative goals.

Whether you're a beginner looking for an introduction to sugar art, or an advanced cake artist finally pursuing a concept that felt “too ambitious” for a client brief — this is where it happens.

Available Formats

Instruction is available in four formats depending on scale and setting.

  • Private or duo sessions fully tailored to your goals — technical refinement, portfolio development, or elevated execution for luxury clientele.

  • Limited to 3–6 participants. A focused immersive with live demonstration, guided practice, and individual critique — designed with all skill levels in mind.

  • On-site instruction for cake studios, culinary schools, and hospitality teams. Programs are fully custom-built to your goals and format.
