Explore our cake flavors and design approach through two distinct tasting formats.

A Flexible Tasting Experience


Your tasting includes four signature cake pairings, presented as petite tiered minis so you can experience each full layer of sponge, filling, and buttercream in balanced, bite-sized form.

Tastings are offered along a spectrum that reflects the type of cake you’re ordering — from open, chef-curated selections prepared monthly for pickup, to guided, in-person sessions that include a full design consultation for fully custom cakes.

Our focus is refined, balanced flavor, with every element crafted in-house using light Italian meringue buttercream, vibrant seasonal produce, and fine ingredients like Valrhona chocolate and European butter.

Two Tasting Formats

  • Guided Tasting

    A private, in-person tasting and design conversation for couples pursuing fully custom or white-glove cake commissions.

    You’ll select four signature cake pairings from our menu, and we’ll taste together while talking through scale, textures, floral approach, and the overall feeling you want your cake to bring to the day.

    These sessions are often hosted in collaboration with your planner and caterer, and are most commonly held at your venue in harmony with your menu tasting.

    Guided tastings are $250, with parents and planners welcome to join. The tasting fee is applied to your cake balance upon booking.
    If you already know my work is a fit, you’re welcome to book first with a deposit — in that case, the guided tasting is complimentary.

    Tasting fees are non-refundable, and may be transferred once with 72 hours’ notice.

    After your tasting, you’ll receive a custom design deck and finalized flavor selections, along with a formal quote and contract, delivered within one week.

  • Open Tastings

    A relaxed, chef-curated tasting option for couples exploring simpler or semi-custom cakes.

    Open tastings are offered as monthly pickup selections featuring a rotating flight of four flavors, chosen by the studio. This format is designed to let you experience the cake itself — flavor, texture, and finish — at your own pace, without a formal consultation.

    Open tastings are pickup-only and announced monthly. Pre-order is required, and flavors are not customizable.

    Open tastings are $50 per couple and include two identical flavor flights to share.
    This option is intended for flavor exploration and does not include a design consultation, sketch, or custom design deck.
