Still Life in Sugar

A gentle entry point into sugar flowers, as beautiful as it is approachable.

Join Samantha in creating a jewel-box world of lifelike sugar flowers, preserved under glass. In this two-day workshop, students will create a keepsake cloche filled with a tiny sugar garden: an heirloom rose with buds and leaves, delicate hydrangea florets, whimsical butterflies, and speckled robin’s eggs. Each element offers the chance to hone versatile techniques in sculpting, wiring, molding, and hand painting, while the final arrangement becomes a timeless still life under glass. Perfect for beginners or those seeking a shorter format, this refined workshop is both welcoming and inspiring.
