Join Samantha in the Dallas studio for an intimate, hands-on workshop focused on creating painterly, still-life inspired sugar flowers.
Over two days, we’ll cover sugar florals, leaves, and butterflies composed on wires, as well as speckled robin’s eggs.
Designed for cake decorators and artists alike.

Gown-inspired lace, hand-molded pearls, and sculpted sugar orchids.
Gown-inspired lace, hand-molded pearls, sculpted orchids, and optional hand-painted sheen bring couture artistry to sugar. In this three-day workshop, students may follow the inspiration cake or tailor the palette and aesthetic to their own vision — blending fashion influence with sugar sculpture for a refined, editorial result.

An elevated sugarflower study using a restrained single-tone palette.
A seven-day intensive focused on sculpting refined, high-impact sugar botanicals — with a monochrome palette guiding attention to form, depth, and composition rather than color. This workshop is ideal for artists looking to build advanced portfolio work and develop confidence in structure, proportion, and visual restraint.
